3. Intellectual Property
All architectural patterns, deterministic logic models, and governed execution frameworks presented are the exclusive property of Zensorum AI. Evaluation does not confer ownership or license rights.
4. No Production Guarantees
Demonstration environments and evaluation threads are provided for strategic proof-of-concept purposes. Zensorum makes no production-grade availability guarantees during the evaluation phase.

6. Strategic Discovery
Terms related to full-scale enterprise deployment, pilot implementation, and system integration are governed by separate master services agreements and strategic partnership frameworks.

Entities moving beyond discovery toward pilot implementation or enterprise-wide integration will be subject to custom master services agreements.
